Connect an AI agent to PlayTours.
PlayTours MCP gives that agent the tools to build a game, open a session, and run the event while people are in the room. You describe the work in the chat you already use. The agent saves the game the way the builder does, and it can use the facilitator dashboard from the same chat. The dashboard is still there when you want to click. You pay for how many devices are active at once, and every feature is included.

Twelve booths, a photo in front of the main stage, a short question after each talk, and a certificate after six booths.
Build a game.
Tell the agent who is coming, where they should walk, and what they do at each stop. A photo at the sponsored set, a question after the talk, a visit to the booth that only has fifty stickers. The agent writes the game, adds the images, and sends it back when PlayTours asks for a correction. You can open the result in the game builder and read it before anyone arrives.
The agent cannot create your PlayTours account, change the subscription, upload a CSV, or use Quick Build.
Twelve booths, a photo in front of the main stage, a short question after each talk, and a certificate for any team that visits six booths. Open the session for this afternoon only.
Game saved. The session is live only for this afternoon. People join at pyts.link. You can still read it in the game builder before anyone arrives.
The tote-bag booth has given away the last one. Hide that booth's tasks.
Those tasks are hidden. Photos of the stage are waiting for a yes or no. The check-in list is on the facilitator board.
Open and manage a session.
A session is one run of that game. Ask the agent to open it and choose the hours, how many teams can join, whether they see a leaderboard, and whether a completion certificate appears on the phone at the end. It can duplicate a session, or clear the scores and submissions and keep the setup.
People join the session in a browser. The session code is the game code they type at pyts.link.
For participants
Choose any of these 3 join methods.
- Use the game code
Open a browser at pyts.link. Enter HALL.
- Scan a QR code
- Use team codes
Pre-create teams in the Teams tab and share each code.
Three ways in. Nothing to install.
There is nothing to install from an app store.
Game code
Open pyts.link and enter the code, or open the direct link for that session.
QR code
One person scans, creates the team, and shares the team link with the others.
Team codes made ahead of time
Each group gets its own code, so visitors do not start extra teams at the door.
If you also require an access code, someone who has joined still needs that code before the game starts. The access code does not replace the game code, the QR, or a team code.
Facilitators have a separate link. Share it with staff, and keep it off the posters and the slides.

Run the event.
Ask the agent for the leaderboard, the map, the gallery, or the photos waiting for a yes or no. Send one message to every team, or reply to one team. Move a group on to the next chapter. Hide a set of tasks when a booth packs up early. Add or remove points. When a team finishes, the certificate is there for the prize desk to check. The check-in list is there for a headcount.
You can also ask the agent to join as a team and play the game through, so you can walk the route before the doors open. The answers and the points show on the facilitator board.
When it is over, ask for the ranking and for what each team submitted.

A paid place, then a private team link.
Stripe, WooCommerce, and Bookeo can create the team after a payment or a booking, then email that person a private link to their team. The steps for each connection are already published:

Registration can sit beside the game.
The same session can hold registration, a check-in pass, a floor plan, a schedule, and booth pages. Turn gamification off and those stay. Email attendees from PlayTours, or post a short message into the event chat. For WhatsApp, PlayTours keeps the message text ready for you to copy into WhatsApp yourself.
A conference floor, a fair, or a public day is described on event gamification. MCP is how your agent builds and runs that day.
My Pass
Use this pass for check-ins.
Example.
You can start with a message like this. It is one afternoon you could describe, so you can see the shape.

Connect
Only a root user on the PlayTours account can do this. In the dashboard at admin.playtours.app, open Connect AI in the menu. Anyone else is asked to have a root user open it.
- Create an API key. Copy it while it is on the screen. It is not shown again.
- Add the MCP server
https://asia-northeast1-monabrun-cff9c.cloudfunctions.net/mcp - Set the header Authorization to Bearer and that key.
From there, ask the agent to read PlayTours' field guide before it writes a game. You do not paste a separate manual.
Create an API key and add the PlayTours MCP server. The key is shown once.
