Event registration and check-in, with nothing to install.
Send one link. People register on their phone and get a pass. On the morning, staff scan the pass at the door, and the schedule, the hall map, and the exhibitor list are already on the same page. At the end you download the list as a spreadsheet. Nobody installed anything, and the price is set by how many phones are in the event at once, so a 1,000-person list does not turn into 1,000 fees. Free to start, with every feature.
My Pass
Use this pass for check-ins.
For the events that already have the tickets sorted.
Trade shows and expos
Forty stands, a hall map, and a door that has to move fast. Visitors scan a QR on a screen and walk in. They search the exhibitor list on their phone instead of flipping through a printed booklet.
Conferences and summits
You know who is coming. Collect job title, dietary needs, and which breakout they want. Limit sign-up to your company's email if the day is staff only. Cap the workshop at 30 seats.
Open days and public fairs
Families do not download apps for a Saturday. A QR at the gate gives them a pass and the day's programme. You end up with real attendance numbers instead of a clicker count.
Everything the day needs, on every plan.
A registration form you control
Name, email, and your own questions: a dropdown, a phone number, a checkbox for photo consent. Make a field required. Each person confirms their email with a short code, so the list you export is real.
A pass on every phone
After sign-up, the phone shows a QR and a short code. That is the ticket at the door. We email it as well, and you can resend it in one click when someone says they lost it.
Check-in that keeps the queue moving
Reception opens a page on a laptop or tablet and scans passes. Or put a large QR on a screen and let people scan themselves in. Your staff do not need a login for either.
The programme, with sign-up
Keynotes, breakouts, dinners, across as many days as you need. Turn on sign-up for the workshop with limited seats. The host gets a private link to tick people off as they arrive.
Hall map and exhibitor list
Upload the floor plan. List every stand with a photo and a paragraph. Attendees search it on their phone while they walk the hall.
Reach everyone at once
Email the whole list with each person's name and pass code already filled in. A reminder the night before, a room change at lunch. WhatsApp messages open on your own phone with the text ready to send.
Open sign-up weeks early. Reveal the programme on the day.
Send the registration link as soon as the date is fixed. People sign up and get their pass while the schedule, the map, and the booth list stay hidden. On the morning, switch the event on and everything appears on the link they already have. If a keynote moves, change it once and every phone shows the new time.
Asia Build Expo 2026
8:45 am, when everyone arrives at once.
This is the part other tools get wrong. Everyone who registered in advance keeps their access. If 800 people signed up and all 800 walk in for the nine o'clock keynote, all 800 open their pass and get scanned. Nobody who is already in is disconnected. The plan's device cap only slows down brand-new sign-ups at the door, and you can size for that in a minute.
A scan takes about two seconds. A second scan of the same person at the same door a few minutes later does not double count. At the end of the day the check-in list tells you who actually showed up, and when.
Check In
Day 1 · Hall 3
Attendee checked in!Aisha Rahman · 8:52 am
The programme and the hall, in their pocket.
Three days of keynotes and workshops, filtered by day and by room. A workshop with 30 seats shows a Register button until it is full. The exhibitor list has a photo and a paragraph for every stand, and a search box for the one they are trying to find. Attendees stop asking your volunteers where Room 3.2 is.
Schedule
A 1,000-person event for $265.
PlayTours charges by how many phones are in the event at the same time. The size of your registration list does not change the price. A 500-person conference with about 100 phones open at once is the $159 plan. A 1,000-person show at about 200 phones is $265. That covers the whole month, so a three-day expo costs the same as a one-day one. Subscribe for the month of the event and cancel when it is done.
Most event apps quote per attendee or per event, and a thousand names becomes a four-figure invoice before the venue is booked. For a list this size, start at $159. From that plan up, the number of different phones over the month is unlimited.
The free plan includes all of this at 25 phones at once, with a watermark. Run a real test on it before you pay anything. See pricing.
Booths
Cross-laminated panels and a live load demo at 11:30 and 15:30.
Seismic bracing. Bring a drawing and ask for a ten-minute review.
Site scheduling on a phone. Free trial codes at the stand.
Add a game if the day needs one.
A conference does not need points, so registration and check-in run on their own. If you want attendees to visit ten stands and take a photo at the sponsor wall, turn the hunt on inside the same event and it sits beside the schedule and the pass. Read about it on the event gamification page.
Your list, your data.
Download registrations and check-ins as a spreadsheet. Delete one person if they ask. Delete the whole event when it is over. PlayTours is ISO 27001 certified and hosted on a server covered by an EU adequacy decision.
We do not sell tickets or print badges. Sell tickets where you already do, and use PlayTours for the day itself.
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. They open a link or scan a QR in the browser on any phone. There is no App Store or Play Store install.
If 800 people registered in advance, can they all arrive at once?
Yes. Everyone who already registered keeps their access. The device cap only affects new sign-ups at the door, and even then nobody who is in gets disconnected.
Is event registration and check-in on the free plan?
Yes. Every plan includes every feature. Free is 25 phones at once with a watermark. Large lists use $159 and up, where the number of different phones in the month is unlimited.
