The full builder is the editor for the route, booths, photos, codes, quizzes, maps, certificates, shuffle, and crowd prevention. If you want a first draft faster, open QuickBuild. Describe the day you have in mind. Save when you are ready to play. You can still open the full editor afterwards.

Walk the route on your own phone. Invite a couple of colleagues. Two people sharing a phone count once. Hit 25 and new joins wait. Nobody already playing is kicked out. This is how you catch the dark staircase and the code printed too small, before the real crowd arrives.

Every paid plan has the same features. The number that changes is how many devices can be in a game at once, and whether the watermark comes off. The $35 row is watermark removal at 5 phones, not an upgrade from 25. If you need more than 25 phones at once, look at $79 (60 devices) and up. A 300-device event is $395. Players open a browser on any device.
Print a QR. Read out a short pyts.link code. Or share pre-created team codes. A page opens. There is nothing to install, nothing for IT to approve and push to devices, and work phones still have a browser. Guests can join without creating an account.

Run the day from a laptop.
Message everyone if a hall closes. Judge a photo. Look at the map if you turned location on. Move a team if they are stuck. Volunteer facilitators get a secret link to this session only, not the whole account. Those tools sit on the free plan the same way they sit on a three-hundred-phone day.

Take the CSV and the gallery onto your own drive. Then use the deletion buttons on the session pages. PlayTours is ISO 27001 certified. Game data is not kept forever: unused uploads are auto-deleted after about 90 days. Hosted on an EU-adequate server.
